What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. We do not accept any form of Washington State Health Insurance Exchange Coverage however.

Do you offer a finance plan?
We have reasonable cash payment schedules for primary care services.

Yes! We are currently accepting new patients. We will update this site if that changes.

How can I access my medical record?
We utilize a state-of-the-art electronic health record system with a full service patient portal. It can be accessed here.

Do you offer Methadone for addiction treatment?
No, we do not provide Methadone. We use Suboxone for most addiction patients.

Do you offer dermatology services?
We offer basic primary care dermatology treatment for common skin conditions

Is Dr. Fox a naturopathic physician?
No, he is a D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine). An osteopathic physician is another type of licensed medical doctor that specilizes in a holistic approach to patient treatment, which involves treating the mind, body, and spirit.

English and Khmer (Cambodian)

How can I refill my prescriptions?
You can either contact your pharmacy directly or use the patient portal available here. Refills through your pharmacy can take up to 72 hours so it is recommended that you use the patient portal.

Do you have same day appointments?
We strive to accommodate same day acute care appointments whenever possible. Our offices open at 8:00AM and it is recommended that you call as soon as possible to have the best chance of getting an appointment.
